Appointments &amp; Booking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Booking:<\/strong> Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person<br><strong>Confirmation:<\/strong> We will confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance<br><strong>Cancellation Notice:<\/strong> Please provide 24 hours&#8217; notice if you need to cancel<br><strong>Cancellation Fees:<\/strong> Cancellations with less than 24 hours&#8217; notice may incur a [\u00a325\/\u00a350\/OTHER] fee<br><strong>Missed Appointments:<\/strong> No-shows without cancellation may incur a charge<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Patient Conduct<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We operate a <strong>zero-tolerance policy<\/strong> for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verbal or physical abuse of staff or other patients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Threatening, aggressive, or abusive behaviour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discrimination or harassment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disruptive behaviour in the practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consequence:<\/strong> We reserve the right to dismiss a patient from our practice immediately if any of the above occurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Liability &amp; Professional Indemnity Insurance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We maintain professional indemnity insurance as required by the General Dental Council. We are liable for clinical negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Treatment Recommendations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We will recommend treatment options based on our professional assessment. However, you have the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accept or decline any recommended treatment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request a second opinion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take time to consider your options<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ask for alternative treatments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We cannot accept responsibility for outcomes if you decline recommended treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
